I strive to cook with the freshest, most natural ingredients possible. Because of multiple food allergies among members of my family, my recipes don’t include any eggs or dairy products (with the exception of occasional goat milk). And now, due to my daughter’s recently discovered gluten allergy, this Recipe Directory features gluten-free recipes. Many of my tried-and-true gluten-containing recipes are here also.

There is one other curious peculiarity about my recipes — not many call for garlic. Some members of the family have an allergy to it. Garlic, being delicious in most foods, is a simple ingredient to add, should you desire it.
