Kind of running out of steam with my sewing, but I must press on…
Received some more colors of fold-over elastic in the mail yesterday. Motivating…
Lots of laundry to fold…
Brought home 10 pounds of cherries yesterday. Apparently, I forgot when I ordered them that I would have no helpers this week to do the pitting… stupid me!
Got a flat tire yesterday just before I reached home. It was 2 pm. Jeff came home early to rescue me (what a man!) and then we had the rest of the day together… nice!
Goat progress: Gingham is doing great, about 3/4 gallon per day. Paisley is giving about 10 cups per day. Pegs (formerly known as “Honey”) gives us 4 cups at her one milking. Paisley’s eye is either wounded or infected… praying for her…
The kids are having fun in California… I’m happy for them!
Catch up with you later… After I get motivated and start sewing again. I must say it is nice to sew and be able to watch (or listen) to a movie at the same time. I can’t do that when the kids are home…

I am glad that you and Jeff had a day together (or part of one anyway)!
Oh, yeah, it was nice. We were both so tired we needed it. I don’t know if it was waiting for him out in the hot sun or what, but I could barely function the rest of the day. We put in a movie, but were both asleep watching it by 7:30… so we just turned it off and went to bed. Then it was too hot to sleep well… But at least it was resting.
How are you and your boys doing? You need to start a blog so I can keep up with you guys. Did you get Nourishing Traditions and what have thought of it so far? Love,Wardeh
