Hey, all! I promised I would show you how to use the fold-over elastic as binding on a tank top and the easiest way to do it was to make a video slideshow. If you are using fold-over elastic for a t-shirt, just use the instructions for the neckline part. Let me know if you have questions.

Great video. Where did you find the fold over elastic? Did you use a standard machine or a coverstitch to apply it?
Hi, Lana! I purchased it from the ebay seller I mentioned in this post:

I used a standard sewing machine and a zigzag stitch. You can also use a zigzag to attach the back side of the FOE only, then go back and fold the top of it down and secure with a straight stitch (to make it look less casual).
