Wednesday, when thrift shopping, we found:

Jansport small purse-size backpacks for the girls. It was funny because we were looking for purse/backpacks for their California trip. Each backpack is a new-condition. $1.99.
The Paisley Pincushion Scalloped Apron pattern. 25 cents.
Another retro apron pattern. 25 cents.
a purple cotton knit sheet. $1.99
4 yards of a pretty 100% cotton floral. $2.

I did notice the back-packs in yesterday’s pictures. Perfect for their trip. And Naomi’s skirt looks stunning on her. Such a graceful, delicate young woman! (Not too delicate though–and strong on convictions of the heart!). And yes, the same applies to beautiful Haniya! What daughters you and Jeff have–and amazing son! Love you, Mom

You got some smokin’ deals there!! Great job at getting what you need yet saving money at the same time. I really need to begin hitting the thrift stores around here again.
