Naomi in the waiting room of the orthodontist.

Naomi played with the camera while I read the manual in the waiting room of the orthodontist.

Naomi took this picture of Mikah, also in the waiting room of the orthodontist.

Now this is Haniya in the waiting room of the dentist. She’s about to have a stubborn baby tooth extracted.

This is Sally. I find her the most beautiful of our goats. She could see us in the house; she always can and will stand up there on the hill watching us. I took this picture through the window, zooming in on Sally from 50 feet away. My new camera (Canon PowerShot SX10 IS) has a killer zoom.

Amazing pictures! Thanks for sharing. Yes it is a killer zoom, and very focused! Are all pictures sepia tone, except Sally of course? Mom
The one of Naomi is black and white, the others are sepia, except for Sally, as you noticed already. This camera is so fun! If only my skills were a good match for it, because right now it far surpasses me!

I love these!!
Super photographers in your family. Especially like the one of you concentrating on the manual.
Beka had two stubborn baby teeth. Did you try to pull it? I’ve figured out a way to pull her teeth, when loose and they stay just barely loose for months and the new tooth is already growing in. It works well and she is always happy after I’ve gotten it out!
Hugs, Robin
Robin — No, we didn’t try to pull Haniya’s tooth out. The orthodontist didn’t want that to come out until right after he put bands on the tooth next to it. So after the band went on, we went straight to the dentist to have that tooth pulled. It was holding space.
You’re so brave for pulling Beka’s teeth out. I’ve never helped any teeth along (though I doubt the kids would let me, which means in your case that Beka is pretty brave, too). Love, Wardeh
