I am doing some brainstorming on topics that would be worthwhile to discuss for those interested in eating healthfully.
What do you want to know? Need to know? Any questions you have?
Thanks for taking the time to let me know what interests you.

Wardeh, I would love some information on eating healthy for the chronically ill….a raw food diet is advised but almost always cannot be tolerated, what foods have anti-inflamatory uses? thanks wardeh friend..warm and loving hugs
I’m trying to figure out how to get into a pattern of healthier eating. It takes quite a lot of thought and planning. I’m having to gradually try recipes that fit with what I want and figure out where to get ingredients. I guess the next stage will be to plan menues and stock up. Can you share your process of building up to where you are now? What were the reqirements of the diet you are eating, and how did you get to where you are now?
I don’t have any questions, but thanks for offering.
How about some real-life info about switching to a healthier diet. There are lots of article, books, etc that tell us what we should be eating/not eating. My problem is there is so much info, I don’t know where to start. Some real guidance, maybe even a “working through it together” kind of thing, would be great.

I would love more ideas on how to make the “healthy food” budget stretch. I personally cannot eat the same meal, or ingredients usually more than 2 times in a row. ( just some wierd querk about my body) So I have to switch up the recipes A LOT.
I agree with all of the above suggestions, especially the ones regarding stretching the budget and planning menus. I’m also interested in how to make the transition to healthy eating with children. For the past 5 months, I’ve been making changes to our diet. We are eating fairly healthily now, but 2 of my children are less than enthused. Do you have any suggestions for getting them involved. Also, I’d like clarification on sweetener options. For instance, I was told to get rid of everything white in my kitchen. White flour, white sugar, etc all have to go, but that brown sugar and whole wheat flour are fine. Then someone else told me that brown sugar is just colored white sugar and shouldn’t be used. I guess that I don’t understand the difference between all of the sweeteners. Thanks for all of your helpful articles. I’ve used several of your tips and recipes and have been blessed by your website.

Wardeh, along Melinda’s lines of sweetener descriptions, I’d love for you to do the same with cooking oils. I’d love to know why you use the ones you do and why you don’t use others and health benefits. That would be incredibly helpful for me!
Hi Wardeh,
I just have a question about your vita mix. which machine do you have? and where did you get yours? I thought it was posted somewhere, but I haven’t been able to find that post.
thanks,
Shari
p.s. Your site has been so helpful for me. We’re changing to a healthier way of eating to be more able to do what God would like us to do. And……because He’s blessed us with a granddaughter we’d like to be around for.
Shari, hello! I’m sorry I haven’t answered this yet.
I have the Vita-Mix 5000 and I got it at Costco. Because I purchased the dry container, I didn’t end up saving much more than shipping. If you only buy the wet container, it is a cost savings.
I have a friend who called VM directly and just asked for free shipping. They gave it to her and she didn’t have to go anywhere!
Love, Wardeh
Thank you Wardeh! : )
love,
Shari
