Homemade All-Purpose Spray Cleaner with Tea Tree Oil

Put the following ingredients in a spray bottle:

  • 3 tablespoons liquid soap, such as green soap or Dr. Bronner’s
  • 3 tablespoons rubbing alcohol
  • 30 drops tea tree oil

Fill spray bottle to the top with purified water.

    Some questions about this, will it disenfect in the kitchen? and would you have to rinse?..Mona

  2. Mona, I rinse it when I wash certain things, like the wood table, otherwise that gets sticky. But in general, no, you shouldn’t have to rinse.

    As for disinfecting, I am not an expert, so I can’t answer that for sure. But I do know that both alcohol and tea tree oil have disinfecting properties. I use it like it is a disinfectant myself.
