Homemade All-Purpose Spray Cleaner with Tea Tree Oil
Put the following ingredients in a spray bottle:
- 3 tablespoons liquid soap, such as green soap or Dr. Bronner’s
- 3 tablespoons rubbing alcohol
- 30 drops tea tree oil
Fill spray bottle to the top with purified water.

Some questions about this, will it disenfect in the kitchen? and would you have to rinse?..Mona
Mona, I rinse it when I wash certain things, like the wood table, otherwise that gets sticky. But in general, no, you shouldn’t have to rinse.
As for disinfecting, I am not an expert, so I can’t answer that for sure. But I do know that both alcohol and tea tree oil have disinfecting properties. I use it like it is a disinfectant myself.
