Sewing Again
I haven’t sat down at my sewing machine for over a week. That’s too long! This morning before the kids woke and asked for breakfast, I cut out squares for the rag quilt table runner I’m making for my friend. Life has been too busy of other things lately for me to sew. But I have to have this done by tomorrow’s end. So today’s the day to sew it together. I’ll do it this afternoon after lunch and schooling are finished.
These are the fabrics I am using for the top. I picked uncoordinated florals, hoping that they would go together just because they don’t go together.
The back will be entirely of this fabric, which is actually from a sheet I purchased at the thrift store for a few dollars.
