I’ve neglected to mention that Haniya has been ill for the last couple of days and nights. This morning she seems to be better. Naomi is showing signs of it but I’m not sure how she is this morning. We sadly had to cancel having friends from out of town over yesterday. They were passing through on their way to visit extended family. I hope we can coordinate a visit sometime during the rest of their time in this area. Perhaps on their way out of town, if we don’t have any sickies in the house.
Today our plan was to go to the library’s summer program. The subject today is How to Draw Animals which I think would be wonderful for the kids. I am waiting on Naomi’s waking to gauge how she is feeling.
And I’m just going to tantalize you a bit by saying that something big is happening today but I won’t say what it is yet. I can’t wait to see what the kids say and do when they realize what is going on.
Light schooling today, due to us not having much of our year’s curriculum left to do and because the girls might be under the weather still. I plan to start the rag quilt table runner for my friend’s birthday.

Wardeh, how are the girls feeling? And I can’t wait to hear what the “something big” was that happened on Friday…..
How are the girls feeling today? We are praying for them.
I was wondering how Haniya is doing. Hope you had a wonderful 4th July! It seems a bit funny to me to say that seeing that it celebrates the break-away from the U.K!!
) Gosh…what a waste of tea!! American history is quite fascinating!
