Busy Day in the Kitchen
I think this is where I’ll spend most of my time today. The bread (two batches of Whole Wheat-Kamut-Millet Bread) is baking right now. My friend who I visited yesterday had a bunch of extra raw goat milk, so I brought home 4 gallons to make goat cheese. I’m about to start that now.
The kids are working on their schoolwork right now. We also have laundry to do, general straightening and vacuuming. It isn’t supposed to be more than mid-80s today which seems nice and cool. Our perspective changes so quickly after having a couple 100 degree days. Already it is a nice day and I’m looking forward to the rest of it.
