Such Treasures

Yesterday we attended the last Zoo School of the school year. We enjoyed a great afternoon. Naomi said she wished we could go to Zoo School every day. The theme yesterday was "Zoo Careers" so we visited with zookeepers in different departments to see what their jobs are like. But we didn't just talk with the various people, we got to have some fun in their departments. What kind of fun? Well… 

…the girls went for a camel ride,
while Mikah stayed close by me on the outskirts, 

…we all rode the train through the Zoo Village
after we spoke with the train engineer, 

…the girls petted a really unfriendly one
and a half year old American Alligator,

…we glimpsed a huge bullfrog in one of the ponds,

..and we had a great time doing it all!
