In spite of my best intentions, I didn't sit down in front of the sewing machine last night until 9:30 PM. I was really ready to go to bed, but once I sat down, I settled in with a happy sigh. I suddenly felt content and energized. I enjoy so many crafts, but I really enjoy sewing. I've had fun making these doll clothes for Naomi's birthday. I only made one little mistake last night, which also made it more pleasant! So I was in bed by 10:45. And now I'm ready for her birthday (with the exception of wrapping some gifts).
These little green pants are a spring green color with little white flowers on them. I didn't have enough of it to make the shirt.

Good afternoon, my friend.
Naomi is just going to be pleased as punch. I love the outfits and I’m in my late 30′s.
Do you get as excited about doll clothes and such like I do? I used to have so much fun picking things like that out for my sweet girls. My treasures, heartstings, as I call them. You know how that came to me? I thought how sweet that you referred to your children as your “Treasures”. Then, just a few days ago when I was setting up the WP blog, it came to me. I didn’t search for it, the word just came to me as I was setting it up and trying to think of a name for my children’s section where I have their picture on my blog. I just looked it up in the on-line dictionary to make sure I didn’t have the wrong meaning. I like what it says:
heartstring:
The deepest emotions or affections
So, I think that fits. I am going to read through all your new entries and then go start a few of my own. I have some pictures that I took. We will take pictures each step of the way and I will post them all! You can garden with us.
Have a wonderful afternoon.
Love, Robin
I love the name Heartstrings. Very precious. It couldn’t be more fitting
I do hope to see pictures of your garden. Love, Wardeh
