That's how long our walk is to the mailbox and back — more than either Jeff and I thought. That's good news! The kids and I didn't walk it yesterday, due to rain and visiting friends in the afternoon. But I still exercised. I put in my one-mile walking video and also did lunges, push ups some pilates ab exercises. I am stiff with soreness today. Today is raining, so I may be exercising indoors again. I am tempted to walk outside, though. Whenever it is raining, Gnarly, our neighbor's dog, doesn't appear.



To me, that is the perfect distance to walk each day when you are already at your ideal weight, but want to keep in shape.
That’s how far I plan on walking 4 or 5 days a week when I’ve lost the extra weight.
